Hotel park is four kilometers away from the historic center of the town of Pula, near the sea a peaceful location. Surrounded by marvelous Mediterranean vegetation, the hotel has a beach by the sea, which, depending on the time of day, gets wonderful colors and is very near a deep natural sea cove. Very close to the hotel there are tennis courts, mini-golf, and other sports and recreational facilities which can be available to hotel guests.

The extensive terrace of the hotel is in the middle of a green pine stand, is very close to the sea. There are two outdoor swimming pools with sea water. The common areas, composed a lobby with reception, a sitting room, a TV hall, a restaurant, and an aperitif bar are all air conditioned. Very close to the hotel there are tennis courts, mini-golf, and other sports and recreational facilities which can be available to hotel guests.
